Terms of Service

By using ListenPals you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use ListenPals for a company, you confirm you're allowed to agree on its behalf. You must be at least 16 and old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

ListenPals is in early access. Features may change, break or disappear, and we may pause or end early access at any time. Joining the early list doesn't guarantee a spot.

Early access is free unless we clearly tell you otherwise before anything is charged.

Give us accurate information, keep your sign-in details safe and tell us at hello@listenpals.com if you think someone else has accessed your account. You're responsible for what happens in your workspace.

Please don't use ListenPals to:

• break the law or anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights
• harass, target or track individual people, or try to identify people who post anonymously
• make decisions about people's eligibility for jobs, credit, housing or insurance
• scrape, copy or resell the service or its data, or build a competing dataset from it
• reverse engineer the service, get around its limits or security, or overload it
• break the terms of the platforms and data sources ListenPals connects to

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

ListenPals shows data from third-party sources such as Bluesky, Wikipedia, GDELT, government statistics and trademark offices. That data belongs to its owners and is subject to their terms and licenses. We credit sources where their data appears, and we may add, change or remove sources at any time.

ListenPals uses YouTube API Services. By using features that show YouTube content, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See the Google Privacy Policy for how Google handles data.

Otto is an AI. Its insights, Moves and drafts can be incomplete or wrong, and the patterns it finds are not proof of cause. Check anything important before you rely on it or publish it. You're responsible for what you publish.

ListenPals doesn't give legal, financial or investment advice.

You own what you bring to ListenPals (your brand details, notes, messages and connected-account data) and the drafts Otto writes for you. You give us permission to process it only to run and improve the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

We may use anonymized, aggregated statistics that can't identify you or your brand, for example category benchmarks.

ListenPals, Otto and the software, design and content we create belong to Adventure Digital Marketing Co., Ltd. or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

There are no fees during early access. Before we charge anything, we'll show you the price and plan terms, and you decide whether to subscribe.

You can stop using ListenPals and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we shut down the service. Where we can, we'll give you notice and a chance to export your data.

ListenPals is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, for example that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data from third-party sources is accurate or complete.

To the extent the law allows, Adventure Digital Marketing Co., Ltd. isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

If you use ListenPals for a business and someone makes a claim against us because of your content or your breach of these terms, you'll cover our reasonable costs of that claim.

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date, and for significant changes we'll give you notice before they take effect. If you keep using ListenPals after that, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you're a consumer, you keep the protections of the laws where you live.
